If you look at the figures above, you’ll note that in just the month of February, we’ve already moved 100 units (houses). That means things are starting to pop. I’ve personally written five offers in this area, so I can see first hand that buyers are recognizing the increasing value of the Carmichael, Arden Arcade Area,
