About Me
Hello!
Let me tell you a little bit about myself.
First of all, I’ve been in the real estate industry in various capacities for nearly 20 years. In addition to my passion for helping people buy and sell homes in Sacramento, I’ve also worked behind the scenes of organized real estate with the California Association of Realtors, in communications, for several years. Additionally, I have been an adjunct professor of real estate with American River College for about five years.
While putting myself through graduate school, I started writing personal development books and, because I studied psychology, I also earned my certification in hypnotherapy. While in school and working in real estate part-time, I moonlighted with my own coaching practice but found that I missed real estate too much to ever leave it. So now, instead of ending up a licensed therapist as I once thought I wanted, I spend my time counseling buyers and seller and investors. Helping my clients get the best buy, most money and holding thier hands all the way through closing (and after) are my main priorities.
I’ve lived in Sacramento my entire life (save a little roaming in my 20’s), and have been a happy Carmichael resident for about 25 years.
Serving all of Sacramento County, I am here to help you with your real estate needs!
Be sure and subscribe to this blog as I write new and informative posts nearly every day, and am developing a series of consumer videos to help keep buyers and sellers updated and informed about the Sacramento real estate market.
Also, be sure and tune in to my radio show on Wednesday mornings at www.InLoveWithSacto.com. We talk about real estate, life, and our community.
